Corporate clients in traditional work settings
For the majority of my leadership clients, a 6-9 month coaching engagement includes:
- Getting clear on success, metrics and goals;
- 360 feedback from direct reports, peers and senior leaders;
- a leadership and / or personality assessment;
- developing an Individual Development Plan;
- 3-way meetings with your manager to check-in and align;
- one-on-one coaching sessions every 2-3 weeks focused on achieving your goals;
- full access and real-time support throughout our coaching engagement.

Each quarter, I set aside availability for existing and new private clients.

LEADER MEDIATION COACHING
It’s very painful when leaders who need to work together can’t or won’t!
Usually, these leaders are valued by the company and share some level of P+L, people and business responsibilities … yet they have significant challenges. These might be previous business disagreements, dramatically different communication styles or even an overused approach to competition and control.
Their bosses, teams and HR are finding the whole situation very tough and might even think they have tried everything … and that’s where I come in!
The leaders who go through my proprietary 6-9-month methodology and coaching process have been successful 90% of the time in getting back on track.
I am not sugar-coating it – this is hard work for everyone involved!! But my methodology works. It includes varied approaches to understanding the nuances of the situation, strengthening communication, gathering 360 feedback, learning from leadership assessments, rebuilding trust, impactful one-on-one coaching and joint coaching, and follow-up to ensure sustainable results.
Team Coaching
I work with teams that share business objectives, a reporting structure and a company culture.
Often, they come to coaching during change or challenging times and want to increase their performance, build trust, enhance interpersonal dynamics, resolve conflict and commit to shared accountability for business objectives and goals.
In some cases, I also work with teams on developing or strengthening their business strategy, reputation and communications plans, succession and recruitment strategy, and other areas of operational excellence.
Team coaching engagements are usually 9-12 months and also include leadership and personality assessments, team coaching, one-on-one coaching and ideally two offsites.

Group Coaching
My Group Coaching engagements are unique in that individuals come together to work through a topic or challenge, but they may or may not know one another. The one thing they have in common is the topic! A recent example was working with a group of leaders who worked for the same company – but not the same leaders — and were all going through an organizational restructuring.
The groups I work with value the power and leverage of collective learning, active listening, varied points-of-view and an encouraging and supportive environment.
Some common topics for group coaching are business changes and reorgs, increasing influence and leadership presence, burnout, work-life balance and imposter syndrome.
COACH SUPERVISION
In today’s harried world, coach supervision provides a much-needed structured, reflective space for coaches to enhance their practice, address ethical concerns, discuss complex cases and ensure their well-being.
I am a CSA-certified Coach Supervisor and offer individual and group supervision.
My approach is to hold space for whatever shows up, while using different techniques for reflection, discussion and support. Most of us feel lighter and leave the meeting with a smile!

Hogan Assessments (for leadership)
I really adore the Hogan leadership assessment because over many years I have found that it lines up perfectly with my client’s 360 feedback.
It gives us insight into the bright side of our personality when we are at our best … and also the dark side of our personality that emerges in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations and derail a leader’s chances of success. It’s based on our overt behaviors and social skills and gives us a good measurement of what everyone else thinks of us.
I use this most with senior leaders navigating complex situations who need to further develop their strengths and superpowers, shift their leadership and communication styles, and are open to getting to know themselves better.

EQ-I 2.0 (for Emotional Intelligence)
The EQ-i 2.0 takes measuring and understanding Emotional Intelligence to the next level. With it, you get a total EI score, as well as 5 composite scores across self-perception, self-expression, stress management, interpersonal skills and decision-making. A 360 component is also available for team, peer and senior leader feedback.
I use it most with clients who are:
- High EI and use this superpower at work and in life. Yet, these leaders might feel stuck, exhausted, off-balance and are secretly tackling the physical realities of being an empath and burnout.
- Low EI {or high EI but purposefully ignoring it} and have a desire to reconnect with their emotional intelligence to drive people, business and life results.
This assessment is also helpful for clients who have received feedback that they should work on their EI. It is very helpful for leveraging EI strengths and improving EI weaknesses.

DiSC (for communication style)
The Everything DiSC assessment is based on four distinct personality styles that exist within each of us and what our personal preferences may be. It also sheds light on what motivates each style and also how each style communicates, especially during times of stress.
This assessment is great for clients who have received feedback on their communication style, as well as for leaders and teams who just can’t figure out how to communicate with each other and advance to the next level.
